Greek Butter Cookies (Kourabiedes)
1 cup of quality butter at room temperature, 3/4 cup of white sugar, 1 egg at room temperature, 1/2 tbsp limoncello, 1 tbsp almond extract (or substitute vanilla extract), 3/4 cup slivered almonds slightly roasted, 2 3/4 cups flour, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 2 cups powdered sugar (for dusting). Mix wet ingredients and slowly fold in dry ingredients (except for the powdered sugar). Roll dough into 2 inch balls. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Roll cookies in lemon water and coat with powdered sugar to desired amount. Optional: top with almonds.

Greek Breakfast Bagel
Your choice of bagel with feta cheese spread, thinly sliced cumber, red onion, and salmon drizzled with Ted's Dressing. Garnish with fresh oregano.

Dinner Side
Rice Salad
Cook 1 cup of rice as directed. Cool. Once cooled, add 4 chopped scallions, 1tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 red and yellow peppers chopped, 2 sliced hard-boiled eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix with Ted's Dressing and serve chilled.

Dinner Main Course
Greek Meat in Marinade
Your choice of meat or fish marinated in Ted's Dressing for at least 3 hours or overnight. Pairs well with artichoke hearts, cucumber or rice salad.

Lunch Side
Cucumber Salad
English cucumber, sliced cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, cubed mozzarella, feta crumbles, sliced scallions, and fresh parsley tossed in Ted's Dressing.

Classic Lunch Special
Greek Sandwich
Ciabatta bread, your choice of meat, sliced cherry tomatoes, arugula, spreadable feta cheese, and Ted's Dressing for a perfect sandwich.

Dinner Side
Greek-Style Potatoes
Cook 6 boiling potatoes in skins until soft. Remove skins and cool. Slice potatoes 1/4" thin. Add 1/2 cup chopped scallions, 1/4 cup chopped onion, and 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley. Gently toss with Ted's dressing as to not break the potatoes. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature.

Classic Breakfast
Greek Hard Boiled Eggs
Hard-boiled eggs peeled and halved. Let cool. Drizzle eggs with Ted's Dressing and garnish with fresh dill and parsley.

Dinner Side
Artichoke Hearts in Greek Dressing
Canned or fresh artichokes. Drained if from can. Mix finely cut fresh dill with artichoke hearts and squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon. Mix with Ted's Dressing and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Garbanzo Bean Salad
Canned garbanzo beans, drained and washed. Mix finely cut fresh dill with green onion. Chop yellow and red bell pepper and mix. Squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon and mix with bean mixture. Toss with Ted's Dressing. Garnish with a red pepper. Best served chilled.
